2010 Track and Field/Cross Country Membership Information

All necessary forms are provided here (Adobe Acrobat required).  The following information is required to register for the 2010 season:

• Emerald Valley Track Club Fees and Registration Form
• Copy of Birth Certificate (unless provided in previous season)
• Clothing Order Form.  View available clothing here.
• Payment (check or cash, or call 868-1689 to make other arrangements)

You can submit these materials:

• By mail to Emerald Valley Track Club, 2055 Patterson St., Eugene, OR  97405

• Bring them to practice at the South Eugene High School track
