On-line Registration and payment will be available on our website by March 1, 2012.
The following information Will be required to complete club registration:
- Registration forms must be completed before your child's first day of practice
- Athlete must have current (2012) USATF membership; for new or renewing memberships go to: http://usatf.org/Products---Services/Individual-Memberships.aspx
- Liability waiver must be signed upon registration to access click here
- Payment of all club fees due upon registration
- Copy of legal birth certificate must be provided the first week of practice
